IFRPD Strengthens International Ties with U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) to Drive Food Industry Innovation

March 23, 2026 – The Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Anuvat Jangchud, Director, along with Dr. Pramuan Saithong, Deputy Director, and Dr. Wanida Tewaruth Chitisankul, Senior Professional Researcher (Nutrition and Health Department), warmly welcomed the executive team and representatives from the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC).

The meeting served as a strategic platform to discuss future research collaborations and exchange in-depth insights into the global food manufacturing industry. Both parties explored potential frameworks for academic and business synergy, focusing on the sustainable development of soy-based products and nutritional innovation.

Following the discussion, the USSEC delegation visited the Amorn Bhumiratana Building at the Bangkhen Campus to tour:

  • The IFRPD Pilot Plants: Observing the institute's advanced production capabilities.
  • The IFRPD Product Showroom: Exploring the commercialized research products developed by the institute.
